UCSB Womens Lacrosse - EventsStadium Bleacher RunWhen:Thu, Nov 17, 2011, 12:00am - 11:00pm Details: After warming up & stretching use stadium steps or a moderate incline hill for your workout. Run up the steps or hill at full speed and walk down for recovery. Total time for this is 30 minutes. You should not have to take a break other than your recovery walk down but if your personal fitness doesn't allow this then stop at 15 minutes. Recover and complete another 15 minutes. Do not end up trudging up the steps or hill for 30 minutes. Cool down and stretch after the workout. |
