After warming up & stretching use a trail that has a soft surface or run around a big grass field. Run at 75% of full speed for the entire 30 minutes. You should not have to stop to walk at this point of your winter break training and you should be able to run pretty hard. If not, then repeat this run every day until school starts in addition to all the other workouts. Cool down and stretch again when you're done. |
